Medical Program

EMANA´s medical area of the Intregal Health Project is to bring necessary medical care to remote areas of the altiplano of Chile, some living in pueblos as far away as 5 hours from the nearest doctor. EMANA receives medical teams that provide needed examinations and care. A great portion of the medical area is to train women in each pueblo in nutrition, first aid, hygiene, women´s health care and provide kits for each household.
